Rio Baxter is a interdisciplinary artist from just outside Los Angeles. In their fine art, Rio creates large scale mixed media figurative paintings. Recurrent themes throughout their work are that of human nature, self expression, theism and feminism.

They are also passionate for other forms of art such fashion and theatre. They have found ways to incorporate their love for painting into these two complex art forms by painting clothing and exploring set design.
